Mike Arasin creates value for his customers. He and his business partner, Darrin Austin, founded Fulcrum on the principles of customer service, results and integrity. He is known for listening to the customer and then doing whatever it takes to exceed their expectations.
Mike’s proactive planning, open communication and resourcefulness leads to win-win relationships with customers, subcontractors and design professionals.
Since 1988, he has supervised more than 1,100 projects in 35 states. His skill and expertise is in assembling a results-oriented team. After working with Mike and his team, customers realize the value of this successful relationship and choose to work together from one project to the next.

Darrin Austin’s approach to the construction project encompasses three key values: open communication, integrity and putting the customer’s interests first.
Darrin’s diverse construction background includes retail, nursing/assisted living facilities, hotels and special-use projects. In preparing for the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Darrin captained the construction of the archery and cycling venues.
He is a graduate of the Building Science Program at Auburn University. Darrin has built a reputation of managing every project with a high level of cooperation and teamwork.
