National Bank of Commerce asked our staff on a holiday weekend (Mother's Day 2002) to step in with one day's notice and complete two projects that another contractor could not finish. We delivered and both branch banks opened on time.

Stein Mart asked our staff to deliver four projects in less than 18 weeks from lease execution to store opening in the fall of 2001. The projects were in Denver, Colo., Decatur, Ala., Leesburg, Va., and San Antonio, Texas. All the projects opened on time and within 1.5% of original budget.

Fulcrum staff worked for North American Properties to complete a BJ's Wholesale Club in East Point, Ga. When an unusually wet fall/winter season hampered construction, Fulcrum staff honored their commitment to the project and did what it took to complete it by the original fixture date, just 19 weeks after starting.
