Together We Can Be Good Stewards Of Our Land

Historically, the construction trades have been known to be waste intensive. And building operations are notorious for consuming natural resources. Yet it doesn’t have to be that way. We can simply change the way we do business.

Green technologies are more efficient. The cost savings add up over time. And implementing sustainability programs now means we can leave something of value to our children, instead of another liability.

Green building is still in its infancy. There are no experts in the field. Only pioneers.

To ensure we stay current on industry best practices, Fulcrum’s president Mike Arasin and West Coast Director Willy Rosner are LEED AP™ accredited. We’ve also implemented an in-house training program to ensure all project managers and superintendents are qualified to offer these new technologies to you. Even if LEED certification is not your goal, we can help you identify cost saving mechanisms based on our knowledge of green technologies.

If you’re a green-conscious architect, engineer, property manager or owner, we speak your language and share your vision for the future.

Thinking Green Doesn’t Have To Be Complicated (or Expensive)

“As a General Contractor we accumulate vast quantities of construction drawings for which we have no use. Literally truckloads every year. We don’t trash these old plans. We donate them to local schools where they’re re-purposed as art supplies.

“The large-size paper is perfect for big imaginations. The kids love drawing and painting on them. The teachers love that it’s all free.

“Definitely a win-win in our book.”
